Outdoor Ed students explore Onkaparinga Hills
For the final Outdoor Education excursion of term 2, students travelled down to the Onkaparinga Hills to explore the Punchbowl Waterhole track.
The class had an absolute ball reading maps, locating tracks and working together to reach their destination.
Students had to link 3 tracks together to get to the bottom of the hills, and were amazed at the distance they had travelled when they looked back up to see the lookout platform where they had started.
Special mention goes to Blake for his outstanding leadership and navigation skills which helped the team reach their destination.
