Kitchen Operations students host VET leader lunch

As part of their studies for a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations, PHHS students Hope and Naomi prepared a COVID-safe lunch for Northern Adelaide State Secondary Schools' Alliance (NASSSA) VET leaders as part of their practical assessment task.
On the menu was a tasty quinoa salad and rich white chocolate pudding which had to be prepared and individually packaged in line with COVID-19 safety protocols.
The pair pulled off the lunch without a hitch - great work!
